At our state of the art training facility you will have the pleasure of using our top of the line, state of the art equipment and training aids. In addition to all of these amazing perks, we also have a professional quality 18-foot diameter mixed martial arts cage!
Everything we have brought into the building serves a very specific purpose and is used for your training and development of your fitness and martial arts skills.
TOP NOTCH EQUIPMENT
We have used our years of experience in martial arts and fitness to select the very best quality in strength, agility, conditioning and speed training equipment as well as grappling mats, punching bags, focus mitts, heavy bags, movement bags, wall pads, and speed-bags.
The gym, equipment, and mats are cleaned and disinfected daily by our staff to promote a safe, clean and healthy workout environment that anybody would be proud to train in!
- Jiu Jitsu
Learn the basics of ground fighting and submission grappling.
This class includes a light warm up, skill building, and teaching of at least two techniques per class. In addition to all of this, we will also drill those techniques in a partner setting.

Class will include shadow boxing, kicking and punching techniques and drills using those techniques. (There will be NO live sparring in this class)

Learn the basics of boxing, including proper punching techniques, footwork, strategies, and defense tactics.
Classes will include warm-up, punching, and defensive drills as well as heavy bag & mitt work.

Here is where we bring all the skills and arts together in one synergy of motion.
Mixed Martial arts will employ skills from multiple disciplines including but not limited to – Boxing, Kick Boxing, Wrestling, Jui Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, JKD, Sambo, and many others. MMA will teach you how to move from one technique to another and learn what techniques are best suited to the situation at hand. There will be a warm up, and at least two new techniques shown each class along with live drills using those techniques.
