Tayler Mears
Owner & Coach
I began boxing in 2013 in Boston, MA where I went on to win The Rocky Marciano boxing tournament and the New England boxing tournament in 2015. The following two years I went on to win the Central New England Golden gloves tournament in 2016 & 2017. In 2017, I was selected to represent team New England at the National Golden Gloves in Lafayette, Louisiana. My passion for competing and training grows each day as I teach MMA which I hope to do for many years to come.
I am currently a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu underneath Third degree Black Belt John Fain of Triumph BJJ.
John Sullivan
Coach John is a veteran of the striking arts and has been training for 35 years. He also has 25 years of grappling experience. He has been the head coach at LRVT for 18 years, and has coached fighters from amateur to professional for over 20 years. Coach John is a veteran of the striking arts with 35 years of training. He also has 25 years of grappling experience. He has been the head coach at LRVT for 18 years, and has coached fighters from amateur to professional for over 20 years. His passion for martial arts is unparalleled, and he continues to help his students daily, demonstrating the true spirit of a martial artist.
