Class Descriptions

Youth MMA Class (Ages 7–12)

  

Our Youth MMA program introduces students to the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a safe, structured, and positive environment. Designed for ages 7–12, this class combines basic striking, grappling, movement, and conditioning while teaching important values such as discipline, respect, focus, and teamwork. Students build confidence, coordination, fitness, and self-defense skills through age-appropriate instruction, drills, and games led by experienced coaches.

Cardio Kickboxing

  

Step into a fast-paced workout that combines fitness and technique. This class teaches the basics of kickboxing, including punches, kicks, footwork, combinations, and defensive movement, while improving strength, agility, and endurance. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to sharpen their skills, Kickboxing Fundamentals offers a challenging and rewarding training experience for all levels.

Boxing Fundamentals

  

Perfect for beginners, this class introduces the essential skills of boxing while delivering a full-body workout. Participants will learn proper form, movement, striking techniques, defensive drills, and conditioning exercises in a motivating and team-oriented atmosphere. Our goal is to help every student build strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence through the fundamentals of boxing.

Kickboxing Fundamentals

  

This beginner-friendly class focuses on proper stance, footwork, punches, kicks, defensive movements, and basic combinations. Participants will improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall conditioning through guided drills and technique training. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or learning a new skill, this class provides a strong foundation for all experience levels.

No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

  

Train in the fast-paced and dynamic style of No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while building strength, endurance, and confidence. This class focuses on grappling techniques, positional control, escapes, submissions, takedowns, and live movement drills without the traditional gi uniform. Students will develop practical self-defense skills, body awareness, and conditioning in a supportive and challenging training environment. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

  

Designed for all experience levels, this class introduces the essential techniques and concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the traditional gi uniform. Students will learn positional control, transitions, submissions, escapes, and partner drills while improving strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. Our instructors focus on developing strong fundamentals, technical skill, and confidence both on and off the mats.

Wall Grappling & Stand-Up BJJ

  

Develop the skills needed to control, defend, and dominate in standing and wall-based grappling situations. This class focuses on clinch work, takedowns, body positioning, cage and wall control, balance, pummeling, trips, and defensive techniques commonly used in wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and mixed martial arts. Students will improve strength, conditioning, and body awareness through live drills and partner training in a safe and structured environment. Suitable for all experience levels.

1-on-1 Pad Work

  

Take your boxing skills to the next level with personalized one-on-one mitt training tailored to your goals and experience level. These sessions focus on technique, timing, footwork, combinations, defense, conditioning, and overall fight IQ through hands-on coaching and pad work.
